Brockham St, Borough

The existing house was completely refurbished and included new electrics, plumbing, kitchen, bathrooms, audiovisual and data installations and a complete new four floor stair well. Bespoke cupboards were incorporated to the bathrooms and main bedrooms.

Following extensive excavation and underpinning works a new basement floor was added to the property, opening onto a sunken terrace via folding sliding doors.

Extensive rerouting of below ground drainage was also required to accommodate the revised layout of the property. Large marble slabs were installed in the terrace and basement areas, together with the bathroom floors and walls.

A three storey extension was added to the side and rear of the property, with full height sliding windows added to the rear of the extension and sandblasted windows in the infill from the street elevation.

The entire property was refurbished and decorated throughout and incorporates the latest hard wired audio visual systems.

As the extension involved transforming a semidetached property into a terraced property via an infill, extensive underpinning was undertaken to the neighbouring property.
